General contracting conditions between DEMCHENKO and the user:
1. The user declares that he/she is of legal age and has the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered by DEMCHENKO also declaring that he/she accepts the linkage to this agreement and understands and accepts in its entirety the conditions that appear below regarding the use of the website and the contracting of the services offered.
The user agrees to use the contents of our Website in accordance with the Law and the general and particular terms and conditions of the services and products offered by DEMCHENKO at all times, and must abstain from using them to:
a) Carry out illicit activities, contrary to good faith, customs, morals or public order.
b) Carrying out activities that constitute an infringement of the regulations on intellectual and industrial property or any other applicable legal regulation.
c) Reproduce, duplicate, sell or exploit for commercial purposes any content of the Website.
d) Disseminate content of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or terrorist nature and/or content that violates human rights.
2. It is indicated that the person in charge of the treatment is the trading company DEMCHENKO INTERNATIONAL GROUP, S.L., with C.I.F. B65046427, and with address at calle Mestre Nicolau 13, 7-2 (08021), Barcelona (Spain), Tel. 932 22 55 44 and e-mail info@musikboutiquehotel.com for the purposes of exercising the rights of access, rectification, limitation of treatment, suppression, opposition and the right not to be subject to individualised decisions.
3. On our website, each and every one of the descriptions, as well as the information contained therein is revised periodically. DEMCHENKO does its best to keep this information up to date, but is not responsible for any errors that may arise due to a change in the website. DEMCHENKO has the right to modify prices, descriptions, conditions and photos at any time.
4. The user, through the checkbox of the form “I accept to receive commercial information from DEMCHENKO INTERNATIONAL GROUP, S.L. through email” gives his express consent to receive electronic communications with publicity and commercial news from DEMCHENKO about the services that it commercializes.
5. The links or connections with other web pages that appear in the pages of DEMCHENKO are offered to merely informative effects to the user, reason why DEMCHENKO is not responsible for the products, services or contents that are offered or supplied in the destination pages located in another domain.

All the contents, brands, logos, drawings, etc. that appear in the DEMCHENKO web, are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights that are expressly reserved by DEMCHENKO or, in its case, by the people or companies that appear as authors or holders of the rights. DEMCHENKO makes its best efforts to have the most up-to-date systems for the effectiveness of these security systems.

Booking conditions between DEMCHENKO and the user:

2.1. FREE CANCELLATION FEE
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show, the total amount of the first night will be charged.
2.2. NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
For bookings with a Non-Refundable rate, the total amount of the reservation will be charged from the moment the booking is made. There will be no possibility of modification or free cancellation.
3. MODIFYING A RESERVATION
To modify a reservation, you must contact us by e-mail or telephone.
4. TIMETABLES
a) CHECK-IN
The room will be available from 15:00h onwards.
b) CHECK OUT
Guests must vacate the room before 12 noon.

6. RULES OF CONDUCT (no smoking, respecting the neighbours’ rest, not accommodating more people in the room than stipulated, lighting rules, towel rules, etc.).
